No.  Parts can only be cut from materials we supply to guarantee a high quality product . You can use other materials to add to your design once you receive your portfolio book.

You can choose from acrylic  in white, black, red, green, and blue. You can also choose from bamboo and brushed silver and bronze aluminum.  Learn more about available materials.

You have to use vector art software such as Adobe Illustrator. You must save your final design as an AI file. Please read the design guideline for a step-by-step-guide.

We have chosen to use .ai  files because they have a greater degree of accuracy than other file formats. This means you have greater control over your design. Also, this is a file type that can easily be read and understood by our machines.

You’ll need to find a graphic designer to help you out. If you’re at a loss, we can convert your file into the proper format for a cost of $50/ hour.

Once you receive a quote and if you’d like to move forward with a portfolio, we’ll create a proof specifying all of the design details so you know exactly what you’re getting before you sign off on it.

The cut-off for custom portfolios created for the week is every Sunday.  If your proof is approved and payment is made by this day, your custom portfolio will be ready to ship in one week.

The outside dimension of the portfolio is larger than the specific page size. Please refer to the product details for the specific portfolio size and dimensions.

Shipping costs depend on your location and size of your portfolio case. They will typically cost between $35-$40 for 4-5 day ground delivery to North America. Priority shipping will cost between $85-$100 and will take 2-3 days to arrive. We do ship internationally but shipping charges will apply.

If upon receiving your custom portfolio book, the item is defected or incorrect,  we’ll make sure to get another portfolio in your hands.

Unfortunately as each order is custom tailored, we are unable to accept exchanges for a different design. We are heavily involved with you in the designing phase and provide you with a final proof so that you will only receive what you have approved.
