How can I check the progress of my order?

Once your order is placed, a dedicated Klo Concierge will create a proof for you and once your proof is approved, you’ll receive regular status updates including when your order is in production, quality check, and when it’s been shipped.  An email containing a link to your account will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.

You can also log in to your account to manage your address book, open a service ticket, or view your order anytime.
